How to use Alt.com’s “Billing” feature to manage your subscription?
To use Alt.com’s “Billing” feature to manage your subscription, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Alt.com account and click on the “My Account” tab located at the top of the page.
- Select “Billing History & Credit Card Info” from the drop-down menu.
- On the Billing History & Credit Card Info page, you will see a list of your previous transactions, including the date, amount, and description of each transaction.
- To update your credit card information, click on the “Update Credit Card” button and enter your new credit card details.
- To manage your subscription, click on the “Subscription Status” button. Here, you can view your current subscription status, including the type of subscription you have and when it will expire.
- If you want to change your subscription or cancel your membership, click on the “Change/Cancel Membership” button and follow the on-screen instructions.
